Gift Certificates
Skin Studio Gift Certificates are subject to the following terms and conditions:
All gift cards are valid for 3 years from date of purchase. Gift Certificate be redeemed in store and online for both product purchases or treatments, but cannot be used to purchase another gift card, nor redeemed for cash. Any balance remaining on a gift card will be held on the card in credit for future purchases, within the period of validity. Gift card purchases are excluded from any sales or discount codes, however, do keep and eye out for exclusive offers for our exquisitely wrapped Mother’s Day and Festive Season Gift Certificates and Gift packages.
For the purchaser: All gift voucher purchases will form part of our loyalty reward programme. Physical gift certificates may be purchased in Studio or pre ordered ready for collection, simply call or email is to arrange this so we can pre prepare and provide you with supreme customer efficiency.
Upon purchasing a gift card, an email voucher will be sent to the email from which the order was placed, not the recipient's email address. This email can be forwarded onto the recipient by the gifted for use. All
Each gift card contains a unique code that must be used during checkout online or in store. For online purchases, the code must be input into the gift card section at checkout.
'Gift a Treatment' cards can be used to redeem the cost of the corresponding treatment - please bring your gift card with the code to your appointment for ease of redemption.
Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced except in special circumstances where we will do our utmost best given accurate purchaser information to honour them.
