Gift Vouchers

Skin Studio Gift Vouchers are subject to the following terms and conditions:

All gift cards are valid for 3 years from date of purchase. Gift Vouchers can be redeemed in store and online for both product purchases or treatments, but cannot be used to purchase another gift card, nor redeemed for cash.

Any balance remaining on a gift voucher is held in credit for the recipients’ future purchases, within the period of validity. Gift Voucher purchases are excluded from any sales or discount codes, however, do keep an eye out for exclusive offers on our exquisitely wrapped Mother’s Day, Festive Season Gift Certificates and Gift packages.

For the purchaser: All gift voucher purchases will form part of our reward programme. Physical gift certificates may be purchased in Studio or pre ordered ready for collection, simply call or email is to arrange this so we can pre prepare and provide you with supreme customer efficiency.

How To Redeem:

Upon purchasing a gift certificate, an email voucher will be sent to the email from which the order was placed, not the recipient's email address. This email can be forwarded onto the recipient by the purchaser for use.

Each gift certificate contains a unique code that must be used during checkout online or in Studio. For online purchases, the code must be input into the gift card section at checkout.

'Gift a Treatment' cards can be used to that value against any treatment - please bring your gift card with the code to your appointment for ease of redemption.

Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced except in exceptional circumstances where we will do our best given accurate purchaser information to honour them.

Our appointments are in demand, do not forget to book in advance for your desired appointment to avoid disappointment. We require a 50% deposit when making a booking to secure your appointment time, redeemable against your treatment at the end of the session.

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours notice before your scheduled appointment time to cancel and/or re-schedule, so we can contact guests on our waitlist to fill the spot.

Your 50% deposit will be forfeited. Failure to show for your booked treatment can result in 100% charge of your appointment. We encourage you to contact our front of house team as soon as you are not able to make an appointment to reschedule to another time and if ample notice is given no charges will apply.

We understand that life gets busy and in the case that you arrive late to your appointment, we may need to reduce your treatment time in consideration for our next client. Please give us a call to let us know, so we can modify the treatment in advance. If you are over 15minutes late we are sure you will understand that we will need to charge you for the full treatment price.

Please advise reception upon making a booking of any allergies, ailments or disabilities, especially if you are on any medications, have high blood pressure, metal plates or pacemaker or are pregnant, as services may not be appropriate for you at this time.

We kindly ask that arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment time so we can welcome you, and you can complete your client consultation, and consent form.

We intern allow 10 minutes after each treatment for you to change and to see you out, so we run to time and our change over time does not impact the duration of your treatment time with us. We pride ourselves on running to time and if for some reason we are delayed we will do our best to notify you as transparency and client care forms part of our Quite Beauty quality of service.

For leg of bikini wax appointments, we recommend that you wear or bring some loose fitting bottoms and do not wear tight leggings, jeans or stockings after your appointment as the friction may cause sensitivity. We will happily provide disposable underwear for waxing if requested and will always provide a treatment gown or robe for your facial treatment.

Please double check the treatment room on departure for your jewellery and other personal items of value, as Skin Studio by Jane cannot be held responsible for lost or misplaced personal items. In the event you do leave your valuables behind we will pop them in lost and found and contact you but please understand we cannot be held accountable in instances where they have been misplaced.

We accept Eftpos, cash and all major credit cards including Amex.

Parental or guardian permission is required for Children under 14 years of age. Please keep in mind we do not cater for teens under the age of 12 years old and ask for you to make childcare arrangements for your little ones.
